Congratulation to Rannaridh who announced his return to politics in Cambodia.
Rannaridh's re-entry is likely to replace Rainsy in case Viet/CPP do no longer
want SRP to play political game with them.
FUNCINPEC and SRP are under Sihanouk's power sharing quota. Sihanouk takes 50%
(Throne + FUNCINPEC + SRP), and Sen/CPP takes the other 50%. Sihanouk/Sihamuni
reigns and Sen/CPP rule. They agreed on this formula since they met in Paris in
1987 before the signing of Paris Agreements.
Rainsy seems walking his father's path. The path to total defeat at the end.
There is no other way for him to choose because he is a royalist who must obey
Sihanouk. Rainsy surrounded himself with former communists, leftists, and
opportunists. Rainsy proved to Sihanouk that he is less useful and it is time
for Sihanouk to re-install his children and relatives to play political game
with the CPP before he dies.
