Ranariddh feels no excitement in their royal advisory role. His Viargra
effect with Phalla has worn off; he has nothing else challenging and
exciting to look forward to. He used to say he's addicted to politics. Or he
is seeing his father's demise is approaching fast and his half-brother is
probably the last king before Hun Sen declares a republic. So nothing to
lose - resuscitating Funcinpec will give him a better challenge, political
balance and prestige. Ranardidh loves the limelight.

Hun Sen will have no issue with this and he will also hand back Rainsy's
immunity in exchange for the legitimacy in the 2013 election. The 50+1
formula is already an assurance.
