Eh, Kangaroo. You are still mistaken to distinguish Cambodian and Khmer, aren't you? Khmer is ethnic name. They are in Thailand in Cambodia and in South Vietnam.
Cambodian mean all inhabitants of Cambodia without discriminating of origin of birth , or in other words of races. If you think that Khmer and Cambodian are the same, how can you call Khmer from Surin of Thailand and Khmer from Kampuchea krom? Are you calling them Cambodian too? Look, English is clear! Please don't make confusion for our Cambodian young generations.
