Hun Sen is not that stupid. Sam Rainsy is if he thinks that way. I have to laugh when Sam Rainsy tells his people that he is preparing to file a criminal complaint with US court. Maybe he didn't say that. If he does, only those idiots would listen to him because it's a publicity stunt. Perhaps those Cambodians in US would believe such thing.
