Lok Ly Diep :According to Hun Sen, the creation of Human Right Party was his idea, because Kem Sokha had asked Hun Sen for his advise, should he (Sokha) stayed as NGO or forming political party ? Hun Sen said you should and he appointed Keo Ramy as Vice President of HRP.Therefore HRP was born out of CPP and working for CPP benefit in order to counter SRP. About SRP, Hun Sen said the same thing he met with Lok Raingsy for three hours. Raingsy wanted to change some article in constitution and Hun Sen wanted Raingsy to help him formular 50+1, because Hun Sen was not so happy about 2/3 formular especially with Royalist Party in which the CPP regarded as a threat to the future.At that time Royalist party was under attack from both SRP and HRP, then CPP won. Hun SEn thanked to both parties for their work of getting rid off Royalist party.Lok Kem Sokha was educated during the rule of the State of Cambodia, most of his peers were sent to Eastern Europe and Russia for college degree, but whoever get degree from Hanoi has more chance a better job or promotion like the Chutama Phnom Penh Governor today and others.Until now Hun Sen is getting old he used a soft tone to deal with his opponents, he advised his loyal subject to serve people not to be the master fo the people and encourage them to use dialogue instead of fighting or violence. For me HRP is just another non-ngo group creating to keep Sokha's job which is he need that to support his family. It is very difficult to live in Cambodia without money and status. Again, my word is not a hearsay from others, I saw and I heard from Hun Sen directly during his speech of opening of Ecole National Administration (ENA) created by Sok An.
