Hello all. Just recently back from Thailand, didn't make it to Krawlann due to
the fighting in and around O'Smach. I was surpised to learn that Thailand has
been buying rice from Siem Reap apparently because its cheaper. Can anyone tell
me why rice is cheaper considering all the world's food staples are more
expensive and how much does a Cambodian and Thai rice farmer get paid per
bushel or other form of measurement ? Kind regards, Lenny G
