Dear Loork Kim Ya Lim, The only way you can get rid of Hun Sen is to persuade the Cambodian people in Cambodia to elect somebody else. It's the Cambodian people in Cambodia, not you or anyone else who lives abroad, who choose the government of Cambodia.
