Hun Sen never been elected by Cambodian people in his district. Let Krang Yov for example. If his party doesn't win in majority, he will selling rice in phsa thmey.
The ballot data shown he lost all election 1993, 1998, 2003...but, in 2008 he done better. If the election systems like U.S' system, he is NOT going to make pass the primary.
