Tharavy, I don't believe Cambodian Refugee moved out of Texas because of guns' law. I don't believe Cambodians know the law. Even 30 years after we settle in America, how many Cambodian are know the guns law ?
I am a big supporter of the gun rights and the second Amendment rights. It's take me almost 20 years to understand the laws. The law is not one size fit all. The gun's Law is difference from state to state. I am a conceal weapon pistol carrier. It doesn't means I can do the same in California. My conceal is stop at the borderline. But federal's laws allow me to have my gun store separately while i am travel between states and states inside U.S, but I have to transports and stored the weapon out of reach separate between Gun and ammo.
