Dear Compatriots and Patriots,
Khmer top national interests call on all Khmer from all walks of life to be
solidly united to protect and defend our nation and people who are right now in
great danger of a possible disappearance from the face of our small planet
earth. As Frederick Douglas said, "We are one, our cause is one, and we must
help each other if we are to succeed", all Khmer whose bodies are Khmer and
whose heads are Yuon, they said(Khmer nationalists and patriots), must be
solidly united to save our Khmer nation and people on time before it's too
late. Being on the sidelines without seeing our Khmer top national interests
and priorities and doing nothing, it means that the triumph of all the Evils
and Devils Ones is inevitable.
As Chairman of a National Movement for Kampuchea Krom Independence, my group
members and I fought and continue to fight with great momentum a good and very
legitimate fight to save both Kampuchea Krom territory and our present Cambodia
from Vietnam invasion and Thailand's as clearly shown and stated in black and
white by our Brochure/Guidebook and documents herewith attached.
If anyone else of you can see clearly with your naked eyes that our works were
and are all Khmer interests and stand for a matter of life or death of our
nation and people and can merit your appreciation, support and or applause,
would you please come join us or stay in your own organization or institution
but must not be afraid to characterize the facts and must report the facts to
the international community for immediate assistance and help. Don't just talk
to Khmer people and let them know and understand the facts in our own language;
the reports in English or French language of all the pertinent facts regarding
any gross and flagrant violations or our Khmer people'sfundamental human rights
to the world community at large is our top priorities to get their urgent
assistance and help.
Hope that you all understand my point, just for our Khmer top national
interests and nothing else beyond that because I strongly believe that "we are
one, our cause is one, and we must help each other if we are to succeed." --

I greatly hope that all Khmer who really love Khmer people who suffer from
foreign governing Power wherever they live love to sign this Petition to the
United Nations demanding them to decolonize Kampuchea Krom and to place
Kampuchea Krom under the UN's control in order to establish a UN-brokered
Self-Determination Referendum or a UN-sponsored Popular Consultation allowing
our long-lasting suffering Khmer Krom peoples to freely exercise their right to
self-determination and independence in accordance with the international law
and in pure conformity with the greatest wills and highest aspirations of the
world's top leaders to totally eradicate colonialism in all its forms and
manifestations in the whole world in the 21st century. For those who don't
know how to sign it, please ask for help from friends or high school students
for help, and for those who know how to sign it but are so afraid to sign it I
want you to be courageous, bold and proud to be
truly real Khmer of Angkor period and never ever retreat in the face of the
enemies because in legal writing, they advise us as this: Don't Be Afraid to
Characterize the Facts because the perspective we supply will assist and
persuade the reader, in this case(petition) the United Nations.

P.S. Please organize and help organizepeaceful protests in front of the
France's Consulates and Embassies around the world, urging them to return us
all Khmer people, without any condition or reservation whatsoever,Cochinchine
or Kampuchea Krom. We have nine more days left in June to prepare for and do
the protests. I would like to ask all Khmer people in general to get actively
involved in those upcoming protests because Cochinchine orKampuchea Krom
belongs to all Khmer people around the world, not just to Khmer Krom peoples
alone who were borne and live there for generations and generations. The whole
land belongs to Preah Reachea Nachak Kampuchea, so we are all rightful and
legitimate owners of the land to stand up in solidarity, forcing France to give
us back our ancestral land that she gave to Vietnam in gross violation of the
Charter of the United Nations, Chapter XI, Chapter XII, and Chapter XIII, of
which France has been full-fledged
Member State and or Member Nation since 24 October 1945. If we could do two
or more peaceful protests in every June of each year at the same place, French
Consulate and Embassy, it would be great to wake them up from their giant sleep
after they gave our ancestral land to Bao-Dai without our plebiscite.
