Today, the internation community has been pouring billions of dollars into Cambodia. My friend, those countries including the USA think about their country first before Cambodia. They poured billions of dollars not to benefit Cambodians. They do it for themselves. Fortunately, Cambodians get benefit from its process. My friend, Sam Rainsy is trying to slow down that money into Cambodia so he can win the election. Do you think that those countries would put Sam Rainsy interest before thei own? Think about it.
