You are correct. Democratic process need competition. If there is none, it 
would be very difficult to achieve one. 
 
However, Sam Rainsy and his so called democratic movement are not 
different. The competition doesn't mean that it is all opposition. It just 
means that the vision of competitors are different. Unfortunately, Sam 
Rainsy parties  label and act as pure opposition. They oppose everything 
that is not theirs. That's wrong. 
 
Today and tomorrow, they can win election easily if they present themselves 
to the people of Cambodia that they are the unifying party who would stand 
on a strong leadership to attract foreign investment into the country, to 
promote economic growth, and eventually elevate the standard of living from 
poverty. There must be honest vision to bring the people together to make 
it work . That needs educated leaders who put themselves for the country. 
 
Sam Rainsy is not that leader as far as we can see. He is so busy blasting 
his country and his own people so bad that he forgot what he mission was. 
If you look back for twenty years, what has Sam Rainsy produce for ALL 
CAMBODIANs. Nothing.........
