Cambodia National Assemblyright now is constitutionally illegal.

On June 5,2013 the Permanent Committee ofthe Cambodian National Assembly ruled
to expulse 29 oppositionparliamentarians. This expulsion had enormous
consequences. Because it renderedconstitutionally illegal Cambodia National
Assembly.

Following this parliamentarian expulsion, right now, theNational Assembly
merely has 94 members, which is short of the required 120members as it was
stipulated by the Article 76 of the Constitution. Per thearticle 76 of the
Kingdom of Cambodia Constitution, the National Assembly shallhave at least 120
members. Therefore, the National Assembly becameconstitutionally illegal after
the expulsion of these 29 parliamentarians.

Because the National Assembly is constitutionally illegal, hence, the government
voted by that National Assembly is illegal. It will be the same for any
representatives appointedby that National Assembly and that government at the
international institutions. Therefore, the United Nations Cambodia seatmust be
vacant and all representatives appointed by the present Cambodiangovernment
must be ousted such as in UN, the World Bank, IMF, Asian DevelopmentBank,
Interpol, all ambassadors etc.
