TO HAVE FREE AND FAIR ELECTION, THE ELECTION SHOULD BE ORGANIZEDBY THE UNITED
NATIONS
Since the CambodianNational Assembly is right now constitutionally invalid
therefore the electionof July 28, 2013 organized by the illegal Hun Sen
Government will be alsoillegal. Any election organized by the illegal
government should be illegal.
To have a free and fairelection in Cambodia, it is necessary to fully implement
the Paris PeaceAgreement, October 23, 1991.
Under the frame of the Paris peace Agreement, theelection of Cambodia National
Assembly should be organized by the UnitedNations per se a task force following
the model of the United Nations TransitionalAuthority in Cambodia (UNTAC,
February 1992).
So, we must petition the UN and the UN members to have the Cambodian National
Assembly election organized by the UN.
Write to your senators & Congressmen and your foreign minister, the UN General
Secretary or at least to the 19 member signatories of Paris Peace Agreement..
