Do you really think that the UN would or will do that? In the history of the UN, they tend to get involved when there is any kind of democratic movement. They went to Cambodia when there was no middle grown. Cambodians were still fighting each others with guns. At this time, those two elements don't exist. 1- Democratic movement is present. It may be slow to almost nothing. 2- There is no war among different factions. Hence, the UN is very unlikely to get involve in Cambodia political world. By the way, Sam Rainsy is hoping that the UN will involve. UN is not god.
