It seems that yow can't explain it. Can you ask Sam Rainy whether he lied when he said that his return to Cambodia was imminent 5 years ago? Did he do again last week that he should be back for the mass demonstration in 3 days? I may be wrong here. If I'm wrong, can you tell me and explain It please! Thanks
