I am just curious. Forgive me if I offend any one. Since people talk about VietnAmese this and that to Cambodia, I am wondering if Vincent Thach is a Cambodian. Is Thach a Cambodian name? The reason I am asking because many Cambodians believes that Cambodians speaks Khmer clearly. Otherwise they are not. So is Thach Khmer?
