When Raingsy was still a fugitive abroad, he asked international countries not to send their observers to observe the election. He used it to find his way to get back to the country without going to prison. What do you know? Raingsy is using the absence of international observers for his advantage. His name was removed from the voting list and he was illegitimate to stand as candidate. The formation of CNRP was formed before Raingsywas pardoned by the Gay King. Hun Sen can take NEC as his collateral damage by declaring CNRP an illegal political party and NEC admitted CNRP to contest in the election.
