That is exactly where the government wants hjm to be . Remember! Hun Seen government is a legitimate government of Cambodia. Whatever Sam Rainsy rows to do is his right. On the other hands, the government has the duty to govern. Now, Sam Rainsy and his clans are thriving to change the gouernment. Itoh't Know what it means to some people, for Me, it Means that they want to overthrow the government. A legitimate government will arrest him one way or the other. As I said before, they are writing their complaints for the court. They monitor every words they say, At one point, those words will come to haunt Sam Rainsy.
