Even though the modern China has adopted "One China Policy", it still has many koks. I see at least four. Kok Mintang in Taiwan, Kok Communist in mainland, Kok Tibet which is is demanding autonomy, and Kok Muslim in the west. Except in Taiwan, China still does not have a free and fair election. The CCP, with only some 70 million members, has been ruling China of 1.3 billion population since 1949. For Cambodia, I am glad to see that through election, we have been able to reduce from 4 koks in 1993 to only two now, which is more or less like the US. In reality, the third and fourth kok that pull the string behind one of the two local koks are in Hanoi and Beijing. Let us have just two Khmer koks, and leave all foreign koks aside.
