the Senate or Congress present resolution all the time in various subjects. They have done so So many times on Cambodian matter, My question is as follow . How many times have any resolution mnolution Cambodian matter become laws? Resolution itself doesn't mean anything. Any congressman Or women can intreduce any resolution, It doesn't mean that it will be put on the agenda for discussion ant finally be put for a vote so it can become law, That's the only way any resolution can have any meaning to anything. Perhaps actions dy State Department or the office of the president bear more fruits. Unfortunately, they rarely act on it because they don't work for any group of a nation. In Cambodian matter, USA has diplomatic relation with Cambodia under current government for the interest of the American people. They may use their sweet talk with Sam Rainey, But they will not violate any country's sovereignty. Im this chbe, they will not interferes with Cambodian internal affair.
