Sam Rainy is the same old Sam Rainsy. He has never had any intention to negotiate. He always wants to rise up against those whom he doesn't like. what he is saying that he only wants his own hiS own way. He negotiate today because he is pressurred by the international community, which was the opposite of what he had hoped for.
