I would say that Hun Sen should do it. Sam Rainsy is a coward leader. I smelled it when he ran for the first time in the 90s. I smelled it when he joined Hun Sen for his own power leaving his coalition to dust. Shit smells bad when Sam Rainsy ran away from his constitients on a fierce battle against CPP ruling. He has been doing that many more times ever since. What kind of leader is that?
