I think most user who write unit test are using maven, if they still want to use *Support class we can tell them how to down load it. Anyway, I'd suggest user to use the Jame's Spring test frame work[1]. We can add these in the Camel 1.4.0 release note.

BTW, I also found the PDF document can't show the whole component description due to the big table. I think we can leave it to next camel release.
