One of the camera's I enjoy using is a Kiev 35a which is a copy of the Minox 35.  This is a scale focusing 35mm camera with a 35mm f2.8 lens.  The camera functions only in aperture priority with non-TTL metering. I would like to build a similar scale focusing 645 format camera.  I would not be trying for in-camera metering or anything fancy.  Ideally, I would take a Holga and remove the lens, adding a better lens with shutter.  I would like to end up with a camera not much thicker than the Holga without the lens.   I would appreciate any guidance you could give me on cheap but competent lenses.  I think the best combination would be in the 47mm-50mm range.  I have a Lordon 50mm f2.8 in a Prontor-SV shutter from a 35 mm camera.  This lens will just barely cover 6x6 with a lot of light fall-off after 4.5X4.5 (which might be a nice effect).  How about the 47mm lenses from the Kodak Retinas?  Has anyone ever checked coverage?  How about the lenses from the old 126 rollfilm cameras?  Any others?   Feel free to recommend a 47mm Super Angulon but I am on a $30 budget for this.   Thanks to all
