Cheap 120 film folding cameras can be found almost anywhere. A cheap Agfa
Isolette 6x6 will often cost less than $20 More practical cameras like
Balda, Franka and Welta folders are made in the 6x4.5 format and some have
rangefinders.

Search ebay for  camera. A cheap 6x6 can easily be modified to 6x4.5 by
moving the red window and masking the film plane, lenses tend to be in
focussing mounts rather than unit focused, but upgrading the lenes is
practical and fun. If you dont mind respooling 120 film onto 120 reels a
very nice and very cheap 6x4,5 is the Kodak Duo. (no link but heres one on
ebay.)
