Well ... I do have a couple of thoughts.
One is that if you aren't planning on trying to make money off of this we
could publish it as a web document. For a book probably the "best" would
be to make this a pdf document. I could make it available off of the page
we've started for the cameramakers list. This is page is currently
located at <http://rmp.opusis.com/cameramakers/cameramakers.html>, and Dan
Rhoades has offered to help expand on it.
Some examples of web documents that I currently link from the site are:

The advantage to you would be that this approach would get your book in
the public eye for relatively little cost. You'd save the expense of
creating the physical printed material, and gain fame and notoriety in the
process <wink>.
If you are wanting to sell this, then things are a bit different. I've
been looking into the possibility of letting people sell articles through
the rmp web page, but that runs into some tough questions. Selling
downloads isn't so much a problem, and I think I know how to handle the
micro-payment issues. One problem has to do with what keeps people from
downloading the file once and then copying it to all their friends? (Of
course, you also run into the same kind of issue with people making Xerox
copies of the paper version too.) Then you have to weigh the cost of the
effort required to make this happen against the size of the market.
That is kind of the short take of my thoughts on the subject. Either way,
I think we want to put a reference to your book on the web site.
