My suggestion would be to after printing it yourself
take it too kinko's, or whatever big copy chain you
live near, and have them spiral bind it. If you want
to make even a little money, this will slow down the
copying. kinko's can do nice stiff covers and a clear
cover on top of that to make it look more professional
- and worth more money, too.
