Yes there was a 5 inch back for 4x5 cameras. One of the older
redundant Kodak film sizes was 5 inches wide (maybe actually for
circuit cameras???) and a rollfilm back was made to take it. In the
past 3 years I have seen 2 up on ebay, one didnt make the reserve and
the other was relatively expensive (ie over the $50 threshold I had
set myself.)

The problem with this back would be finding suitable spools and a way
to use it on a more modern camera (I seem to remember that the film
type it uses was discontinued as early as the late '30's so definately
pre graflock.)

Usual story, when the back was available I had no way to get film and
now if I get some film from Andy I just knowthat no back will show up.
