Ugh - a dung shoveler, eh? I have a suggestion for animals photos (maybe this belongs on a content list rather than a hardware list) at zoos...
make note of how the zookeepers dress (often khaki shirt and shorts at zoos I've been too). Then dress like them on your next visit, and the critters will pay more attention to you, at least until they figure out you didn't bring any food.
