Hi to all:

        Don't forget the excellent series of helicoid extension tubes made
by Pentax for their 35mm screw and K mount, 645, and 6X7 - these could be
adapted for your application depending on exact sizing parameters.
    Also take a look at the Balda Super Baldina 35mm RF camera from the 50's
- it has a neat pop-out lens mount with helical that fits a 00 shutter with
distance indexing for 50mm ( very close to your 47!). The pop-out and
helical appear large enough to accomodate the S. Angulon.
