[Camino] fixed nsIBrowserHistory issue

i fixed a couple of issues with the build. basically clobber builds were 
broken (hence why new people were seeing it) but depend builds were ok 
(also why tinderbox was still green).

i still am having issues getting the nightly build box going because my 
only spare mac is running panther and we don't yet build on panther 
(they changed the rendezvous stuff).

i'll have nightly builds up soon, probably early next week. i'm out of 
town for the weekend, so nothing will get looked at.
