You might like privoxy, then... it's what became of the junkbuster 2.0 codebase. They even have a Mac OS X installer package available on their download page:

Just run the isntaller, configure the web proxy in your network settings to 127.0.0.1:8118, start the proxy (or reboot and it will start automagically) then point your browser to http://p.p/ for a nice web interface to configure it. It's my favorite filtering solution so far, though I must say, I use it less since Camino's popup blocking has gotten good.
