[Camino] dmg's

I think I've changed my opinion. 4 months ago, it was only the rare 
instance that a dmg's data would get dumped into the browser window. 
Now I find that 90% of them do it that way. AND, while it is coming 
down, I get the beachball, meaning that I can do nothing while it is 
downloading. So now I am calling for special casing dmg files in 
Camino!
