The only point that I think needs a bit of clarification would be would be the criteria for a bug not just slated for 0.8, but high priority for/blocking 0.8. Perhaps added later as things get flushed out more, but I know there's lots of small regressions still out there from 0.7 and while it would be nice to hit them all before 0.8 it would also be nice to be able to start prioritizing things now to make sure the ones that absolutely need to get fixed do.
