I mean I end up adding something to the stylesheet, restarting Camino,
checking to make sure it works, realizing i screwed up somewhere (yes,
my fault, I know), and then having to do it all over again.

No doubt you would change it less often than you would change a
theme -- and changing the theme requires a restart. (I know Camino
doesn't have themes, but Mozilla Suite and Firefox do)
