Perhaps I am missing something here, but doesn't Cmd-Opt-Right Arrow and Cmd-Opt-Left Arrow accomplish this, or are you looking for something different?
Thanks - I didn't know about those. Maybe we could add something to help menu that would just be a list of modifier key equivalents (that weren't in the menu bars..)
