yeah, this is a bug that reappeared late in the 0.8 cycle. it's not a
feature, it's a bug in mozilla's focus code, a fragile and
regression-prone beast.
i agree it's annoying, i'll try to get bryner on it one day.

This is even *more* annoying if I'm loading a bunch of webpages at
once (I like to do this sometimes) I'll be looking at one page, and
suddenly another will switch to the front when it's done. Maybe a
"bringWindowToFontWhenFinishedLoading' preference in the user.js file?
(Or something a little less verbose - this would no doubt be the
Cocoa parameter name..)
