[Camino] Dragging file references from download window to Finder, XShelf, or QuickSilver Shelf

Hi,
  What would be required on a coding level to enable items from the 
Camino Downloads window to be dragged to the Finder, the 'XShelf' 
application, or the QuickSilver Shelf module?
