2) How does one go about requesting reviews for a patch in Bugzilla?
Post it as an attachment, edit the attachment, and set the review drop-down to '?'. Optionally fill in an email address if you know who you want to review the patch.
I think Jasper wrote up a good summary (or someone did) a few months ago.
3) If developer A doesn't have CVS access and so developer B checks in a patch created by developer A, is developer A "on the hook"?
Probably not, since A has no idea when B is going to check in their patch. But since B is Pink or Josh, they should probably answer that one ;)
The person checking in (me or josh) would be the one on the hook, officially.
5) One of the Building Camino FAQs says: Q. I get errors that the Camino build failed at some <CopyFilesX?> where X is some number.
A. Usually this is because you:
* forgot to make in embedding/config after making code changes
* forgot to enable crypto or one of the extensions in your .mozconfig
Make sure you follow the directions to the letter, and try again.
What is this crypto, and what are the instructions for setting it up? Does anyone have detailed instructions for setting up .mozconfig?
These two suggestions are crufty and can probably be removed. The detailed instructions should be on the build page itself, they have been kept up to date.
