This is a stupid question. How do I look into Bugzilla?

I think I have misused the term "drop down menu". For example, on
Weather.com's localized page, you will see on the top of page you can
enter the name of city or zip code and then you can select "See
weather related to ...". I can try to select something from the menu
(drop down or popup menu?) and the focus will stay on the menu. I can
click on anywhere else on the page, the menu will still pop up. The
only way to get the focus off the menu is use tab key.

Yes, I have seen the problem with menus and buttons after resizing.
It's different set of problems, I think. I encountered the problem
that I mentioned mostly when I filled up a form or survey.
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the bugs every consistantly across
the sites. I think it's mostly happened when I didn't make a selection
or selected the same item as before.
