I launched Safari 1.3 and a recent Camino nightly. I made the windows in each full screen. Each new window completely overlapped the older window. I made each window smaller so it floats freely in the screen. Each new window opened down and to the right of the old one. I made each window as tall as the screen (minus the dock of course) each new window opened to the right of the old window.


Camino's and Safari's behavior are the same.
