Was probably either a temp dns issue or a corrupted cache of the site
you were trying to visit, if this happens you can try the following in
order to remedy the issue on your own if you feel inclined to do so:

1) Clear your cache, refresh and see if it loads

2) Try to visit the site via a proxy such as proxy-surf.com, it may be
having dns issues or your ISP may be experiencing temporary dns
issues, visiting a troubling site through a proxy often helps draw a
picture of whether this is true or not (e.g. often it'll either fail
to load, take a eternity to load, or display a timeout error if the
proxy too is unable to access the site in which case you can assume
they are having issues on their end, otherwise if the proxy accesses
it fine you can assume that your ISP is having temporary dns issues)

Hope my tips can be of some assistance! :-)
