I've had the same issue, in fact, I've contacted digg support a while
back about it...

Me to them:

Description: Whenever I digg a story on the front page, it brings me
to http://digg.com/digino and I have to refresh the page which brings
me to a page that says "You've already dugg this story."

I'm using Camino 1.0 on Mac OS X.

Thanks.

Them back to me:

Please try clearing your cookies/cache, if the problem still persists
please email us back and we'll do our best to fix it. Thanks for your
patience and feedback

Me back to them:
Cleared cookies and cache and tried again, same issue.

I even deleted my profile in Camino (it's a mozilla browser) and tried
with a brand new one. Same issue.

Safari, nor Firefox on OS X have the same problem. Normally, I'd call
this a plain browser issue, but Camino uses the Gecko rendering engine
just like Firefox does. So, there shouldn't be a single difference on
how they both handle the code to digg a story on the front page (this
issue is only on the front page by the way).

Let's add to the equation. This didn't affect one of my PPC Macs, but
now I'm an an x86 Mac and it does. I'm not sure whether to have you
guys try to work this out, or to post to the Camino mailing list about
this.

They never responded back to me... that last message to them was on
January 28th. And, I feel stupid for never posting to the mailing
list, heh. :)
