Look in ~/Library/Application Support/Camino for a hidden file called  
".parentlock" (depending on your settings, you may have to either  
enable viewing hidden files in the Finder, or do this on the command  
line).  Delete that file (it's an empty file that just indicates to  
Camino that it's already running, and was probably accidentally  
copied over with your profile to your new machine), and try launching  
Camino again.
