I did find that file lurking there, but i still received the error after deleting it.

Look in ~/Library/Application Support/Camino for a hidden file called
".parentlock" (depending on your settings, you may have to either
enable viewing hidden files in the Finder, or do this on the command
line). Delete that file (it's an empty file that just indicates to
Camino that it's already running, and was probably accidentally
copied over with your profile to your new machine), and try launching
Camino again.

Seems like this may have come through here before.

I'm using nightly branch builds and i just switched from a G4 to a
Mac Pro. Every time i try to run Camino i get an error message:

Cannot Launch Camino

Camino is already running on this system. Only one copy can be run
at a time.

This is when clicking it in the Dock with no other copies running,
yet i then have to close duplicate versions of the "can't launch"
window.
