We considered wrapping the scroll behavior, but were concerned that it would eliminate too much of the remaining positional information from the tab bar. The tab menu on the right (which is still in flux; we are aware that it's difficult to use it to go left at the moment) should hopefully serve the need of quickly jumping to the other end of the tab bar. > Could tab-width now be made constant (no tab-resize). Even with tab scrolling, variable width tabs still serve a useful purpose, so we weren't planning on changing them.
