IMHO, currently, it's more "harmful" than "useless". Or, perhaps it'd be relevant to have two mailing list: - a "normal" mailing list (which would be the result of combining current caml-list and caml-beginners lists), - and a "hackers" mailing list for those who want to hack with a tiny community.
