Poor little guy!!!! Hope it goes better this next time. I can imagine that it is harder to do as he gets older, cause he does not sleep as much and he moves around the older he gets. Can you find someone else who can take the electrodes off? Of course I imagine this is something that would be hard on anyone no matter how used to these things they are. It would be so hard to work there with these little ones, I think that it is awesome that people devote their lives to work in a medical field helping children and infants.~Angela
