A legal standoff between Mumbai and Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, was broken on Monday 
night with the arrest of British paedophile suspect Duncan Grant. ��The arrest was

the Director of Criminal Investigations in Dar-es-Salaam. ��This is great news,�� said
